Questions & Answers

IS LASER TAG DANGEROUS?

If you stick to the rules (see further below) laser tag is far less dangerous than skiing or soccer, for example. The light beam used is infrared light, which is also used in TV remote controls. An additional laser light is used so the players can see where they hit. This laser is also harmless to the eyes.

HOW MANY GAMES CAN / SHOULD BE PLAYED?

You can play as many games as you want, in principle. Our experience shows that most first-time players will play at least a second game. The reason is simple: laser tag is an exciting action sport, causing your adrenaline levels to soar. The only limit is your own fitness, which is the reason why most players take a short break between the games, which last about 15 minutes including briefing and debriefing. Our Lazer Lounge is the perfect place to relax between games.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We recommend making a reservation via internet to avoid waiting periods. If you want to play at the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) you must make a reservation via Internet. You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation from us. Please note that you have to arrive 10 minutes before your game starts or your slot will be given to another person. In this case, you will have to wait for the next free slot in a later game.

DO I HAVE TO PLAY WITH PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW?

There is no right to exclusivity. This means that we can add further players to each game until the maximum number (30) is reached. As long as a sensible group distribution is possible and there is no solo game (everyone against everyone) we will consider existing groups in the distribution. Up to six teams can take part in each game (identified by the bright LED sensors in red / green / blue / magenta / gold / silver).
There is a possibility to book the arena for company events or an exclusive party. You find all the information about team-/group-/company-events here.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

No special clothing is required for playing laser tag. However, a second T-shirt is recommended as you might get a bit sweaty given the physical exercise. Additionally, you should wear comfortable, non-slip footwear, ideally, with flat soles (e.g. trainers).

WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO PLAY LAZERFUN?

Our laser tag arena is intended for family entertainment. Children must be at least 8 to 9 years old to play, so they can wear the sensor vest and understand the game procedures.

RULES

Laser tag itself is absolutely harmless! However, as the game is played in a foggy and dim maze-like arena, the following rules must be observed to ensure the safety of all players:
  • Running is forbidden
  • It is prohibited to climb walls, props, decorations and sculptures
  • Players must keep a minimum distance of one metre between each other to avoid collisions
  • Body contact is strictly forbidden
Our staff members will make sure that these rules are observed throughout the game. We reserve the right to exclude any player who violates these rules from the game.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED IN THE CENTER

Yes, dogs can be taken to the center, but please with bite and leash.
